What is your radius of delivery?

We deliver to all cities within a 20 mile radius of our store location. Any other locations would only have the option to pick up any ordered merchandise.

Do I have to pay extra for assembly of my furniture?

No, furniture that is delivered will also be assembled for no extra charge.

When can i expect my delivery from the time of purchasing?

This is the answer to question 3.

Can I set up a specific time to have my furniture delivered?

We are only able to set your delivery time in a range of 2pm-9pm but our delivery team will call you 30 minutes to an hour before the delivery is to take place. For more information refer to our Return/Pick Up policy under our "information" tab.

What is the return policy for furniture I purchase through your website?

All sales are final. For more information please refer to Return/Exchanges under our "information" tab.

Do your products come with any warranty?

While each product varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, products typically have a manufacturer warranty ranging from 6 months to 1 year. These warranties do not cover customer abuse and must be reported to our service technician within the products allotted warranty time frame.

Can I purchase extended warranty for any products?

While we do not yet offer this on our website you are able to call our customer service department to purchase a 5 year extended warranty for your purchase. This warranty can be purchased up to 5 days past your recorded delivery date.

Who do I contact about service requests on furniture?

Our service technician can be reached by email to "mf.servicestech@gmail.com". It is necessary that your full name is included in your correspondence to accurately assist you.

Do I need established credit to be able to finance on purchases?

With financing through SYNCHRONY you must have established good credit for approval, while with ACIMA and SNAP you do not need established credit. .

Can I finance my online purchase?

Currently you can not finance your online purchases with ACIMA and SNAP but you are able to use any approved amount with either company in store.

Can I visit your brick and mortar store to see the furniture before purchasing online?

Much of what is offered online is available in store for you to view at your own leisure but it is important to note that some items are special order and therefore are not always on display at our store. It is helpful to call before visiting to ensure the item you are interested in is on display.

Where can I find assembly instructions for my furniture?

Each box of furniture contains instructions on how to correctly set up your furniture. Should there be an issue where it is not included please call our customer service department in order to have a representative email a new set of instructions.

What tools do I need to assembly any "will call" furniture?

All necessary tools for assembly are included with each box of merchandise.

What is the difference between an Eastern King bed (AKA E.King) and a California King bed (AKA Cal King)?

Eastern King- 76" wide x 80" long. California King- 72" wide x 84" long.

How do I get into contact with a sales representative for more product questions?

Contact our customer service department and they will gladly connect you with a sales representative.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are as follows: Mon-Fri: 10am-8pm. Saturday: 10am-7pm. Sunday: 10am-6pm.
