LIL' LION TOY DRIVE: OUR STORY WITH CHOC...
Recently, we, the Torres' family that owns and operates Mission Furniture, has suffered the hardship of having the youngest in our family, at 2 years old, be diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. It is an unfathomable diagnosis that has created a new normal in our family. We are all doing our part to navigate this hardship while also striving to continue to provide excellent service to the community we are serving, YOU.
When he was diagnosed we entrusted him in the care of CHOC and with true dedication to the children they serve they have protected and prolonged our family member's life. So for their dedication, we work to give it back. We, at Mission Furniture, pledge to give back to the organization that has given us hope and time. We work to create a successful toy drive inspired by the fighter in our family. So, named after our lion of the family, The Lil’ Lion Toy Drive is our gift back inspired by the strongest of the Torres’.
